1. Call recording is free with one month of data retention. Charges apply only for storage periods of greater than one month. For large customers or for customers who need long storage periods, you can choose to pay for storage in blocks of 100GB for £5 each per month. 100GB is enough to store 200,000 minutes of recorded speech.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications are designed to enable automatic interaction between a caller and a business Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications are designed to enable automatic interaction between a caller and a business synthesis to present information to the caller and can use voice recognition to interpret the caller’s responses. IVR applications are built-to-order at extra cost. IVR is not the same as the built-in Auto-Attendant feature (which is free).
3. If you choose the unlimited call bundle option, it must be applied to all the customer’s user extensions. There is a fair usage allowance of 2,000 minutes per month per user
