Chesterfield Radio are an online community radio station run by volunteers working on a very tight budget. They came to us with a plan in mind that would allow them to take calls on air without the need for a tradiional desktop phone, and needed the system to come with numerous line capabilities allowing several callers simultaniously. They were very sure of what they wanted so we sat down with them to go through everything they were running and talked through how they wanted the new system to work for them.

Chesterfield Radio came back and accepted the proposal in full and the system was implemented within 3 working days without any disruption to their existing system. Ongoing support and customer service is being provided and we have had members of the Bright Comms team attend the station and deliver the training that has allowed its presenters to fully utilise the system.
